Check-in, Payment Method, and Terms
Do I need a credit card to check in?
Yes, a valid credit card or form of payment is required upon check-in. Additional forms of payment include cash or debit. A deposit of $250 is required for all cash or debit paying guests. Credit cards presented at checkin will be subject to a pre-authorization of room and tax + $100 per day for incidentals. Payment cannot be processed using the credit card to guarantee the reservation unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel front desk at least 48 hours before arrival. One piece of valid government-issued ID is also required at check-in for all guests, and must match the name on the credit card if using this method of payment.
Can I pay for someone else's reservation?
Third party payment arrangements are available and must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the reservation arrival. Payment arrangements are not accepted over the phone, fax, or email. Please contact the hotel front desk at info@innforks.com to request a third party payment arrangement.
Reservations
Is there a loyalty program?
Inn at the Forks does not have a loyalty program. Preferred rates are available for groups and companies needing frequent accommodations. More information can be found here.
Do you have any special rates?
The hotel offers a variety of special offers and packages which can be found at special offers. Special rates are also available for group blocks of 10+ rooms, or companies that require frequent accommodations for their employees. For more information contact us here.
Is early checkin or late checkout available?
Early checkin and late checkout may be available for a fee. The hotel will do everything possible to accommodate these requests but they are based on availability. If we are unable to accommodate your desired checkin or checkout time, complimentary luggage storage is available at the Front Desk.
Restaurant
Do I have to pay for parking to visit the restaurant?
Yes, all parking at The Forks is paid parking. If you are visiting the restaurant you can pay directly at the meters or via the Pay by Phone parking app.
What are the hours for SMITH?
The hours for SMITH restaurant can be found here.
When is live music scheduled at SMITH Restaurant?
SMITH Restaurant features live music from local artists every Friday and Saturday from 9pm to close, and live jazz on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to close. The full entertainment lineup can be found at www.smithrestaurant.ca/live-music
Do I need a reservation at SMITH Restaurant?
We encourage guests to make a reservation in advance to ensure seating availability at your desired time, but reservations are not required. Make a reservation at SMITH Restaurant here.
Parking
Do I have to pay for parking?
Yes, all parking at The Forks is paid parking. Overnight Hotel guests will have parking charged to their folio for their stay. If you are visiting the restaurant, spa, or attending a meeting, you can pay directly at the meters or via the Pay by Phone parking app.
How much is parking?
All parking at The Forks is paid parking. Overnight Hotel guests will have a parking fee of $22 plus tax, per vehicle, charged to their hotel folio. Fees are subject to change.
Do you have valet parking
Valet parking is not currently available. Self parking options are available for a fee.
Where do I park?
Parking at The Forks is available in multiple areas. We recommend Hotel guests to park in the nearby parkade, or directly behind the hotel, but other options are available onsite. All parking at The Forks is paid parking. Parking can become limited during high traffic times like events, weekends, or holiday celebrations being hosted at The Forks and we recommend that you plan in advance.
Hotel Services
Does the hotel have a pool or hot tub?
Inn at the Forks does not have a pool or a hot tub. Day passes are available to Riverstone Spa for guests to experience the steam room and sauna, fees apply. Inquire at the Hotel front desk.
Does the hotel have a business centre?
Yes, there is a business centre with a computer and printer located in the Hotel Lobby. Additional services may be available at the Hotel front desk.
Does the hotel have a gym?
Yes, a fitness room is available for guests at the hotel. It is open 24 hours and is key card accessed. The Forks also offers many paths and trails that are great for walking, running, and exploring, including the frozen river trail in the winter which is a great spot for a skate or a winter walk. For more information about nearby outdoor activities, contact the Hotel front desk.
Can we use the sauna or steam room at the spa without booking an appointment?
Riverstone Spa offers spa access passes to hotel guests to use the amenities including the sauna and steam room. Spa access passes are based on availability and must be booked in advance, fees apply. You do not need to book a spa treatment at the spa to take advantage of the amenities. More information can be found at www.riverstonespa.ca.
Events and Group Bookings
Do I have to pay for parking if I'm attending a meeting or event at the hotel?
Yes, all parking at The Forks is paid parking. If you are visiting the restaurant you can pay directly at the meters or via the Pay by Phone parking app.

Gift Cards
How can I buy a gift card?
Gift cards are available in-person at the Hotel front desk, or can be purchased online at www.riverstonespa.ca/gift-card. All gift cards purchased are valid for Inn at the Forks, Riverstone Spa, and SMITH Restaurant regardless of the face of the card. Gift cards are valid for the dollar amount loaded and never expire. Spa
Do I have to pay for parking when visiting the spa?
Yes, all parking at The Forks is paid parking. If you are visiting the spa you can pay directly at the meters or via the Pay by Phone parking app.
Do you have spa packages?
The hotel offers a variety of specials and packages which can be found here. The spa offers packages of treatments and services which you can view at www.riverstonespa.ca. To book a stay in the hotel and treatments at the spa you will need to book them separately. Our front desk can assist in any reservation request that you may have.
What are the hours for Riverstone Spa?
Riverstone Spa is open Monday - Saturday from 9am -9pm, and 10am - 6pm on Sunday. Hours can be found at www.riverstonespa.ca.
