DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY

Laundry and dry cleaning bags are provided in your room. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire alarm locations upon arrival.

In Case of Fire:

  • Immediately pull the nearest fire alarm.
  • Close all doors to contain the fire, and dial "0" to alert the hotel operator. If the operator is unavailable, dial 911 for emergency services.
  • Do not attempt to fight large fires. Use the fire extinguisher for small fires only.
  • If an alarm sounds while in your room, take your key and check the door with your hand. If it’s cool, open it and proceed to the nearest exit. If smoke or darkness is present, stay low and hug the walls. Before opening any exit door, check for heat. Once safe, proceed to the ground level.Exit via the nearest stairwell—elevators will not function during an alarm. Stay calm and avoid rushing.
  • If the exit is blocked or smoke fills the stairwell, return to your room, as it’s the safest place. If you cannot leave, dial "0" or 911, and inform emergency services of your location. Seal the door with wet towels and keep windows clear of fabric to prevent ignition. Fill the bathtub with water, and use waste bins or ice buckets to carry it. Signal for help by hanging a wet sheet out the window.

EXPRESS CHECK-OUT

For guests who have secured their account with a credit card, an express check-out option is available on your TV for review. If correct, simply leave your keycards in your room and the charges will be processed automatically and emailed to the email address on your profile.

We employ cutting-edge technologies, policies, and programs that set the international standard for sustainable hotel operations. Some of our green initiatives include:

    //  If you do not want your towels changed, please hang them up. If you wish to have your towels changed, please place them in the tub.
    //  An environmental management card is located on the nightstand. To have your sheets changed daily, please place the card on the bed; otherwise, your sheets will be changed every second day.
    //  In-room recycling is offered. A recycling box is located under the luggage rack.
    //  We recycle glass, plastic, aluminum, steel, paper, and cardboard, expired computers and electronic devices, and waste cooking oil.
    //  We compost all food waste and takeout containers.
    //  We use potato and corn-based eco products.
    //  We feature organic food products and local food sourcing.
    //  All menus and paper supplies are printed on FSC Certified recycled paper with vegetable inks.
    //  All chemicals, soaps, and cleaning products meet green standards.
    //  All in-room spa amenities are free of animal testing.
    //  We provide pencils rather than pens for in-room and conference use.
    //  We use reusable cloth laundry bags.
    //  We donate all expired linens to charity.
    //  We donate all unused hotel shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to local homeless shelters and other charities.

FIRST AID

Trained First Aid and CPR personnel are on-site for your safety. First Aid kits are available throughout the hotel, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Banquets.


FITNESS FACILITY

Our Fitness Room, located on the second floor, is open daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. It includes various cardio and weight machines. PARKING

Please visit the front desk prior to parking your vehicle. Upon arrival, we welcome you to pull into the front loop of the hotel while you check in, get your keys, and register your vehicle for overnight parking. Self-parking is available for a charge of $22 per night, per vehicle. Parking charge is subject to change. All parking at The Forks is paid parking only. Free parking is unavailable.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Safe: All rooms are equipped with a personal safe. Follow the instructions inside the safe to store your valuables.

Door Features: Your room has a double lock, and a door viewer to provide you with security. We recommend that the double lock and chain be used whenever you are in your room. When you leave the room, ensure that your windows and doors are closed and locked securely.

Privacy: Use the Do Not Disturb indicator to prevent interruptions.

Identification: When someone knocks, verify their identity via the door viewer before opening. All guest service associates are required to wear name tags and uniforms that identify them as staff. Please feel free to ask them to see the name tag clearly before you open the door. Do not hesitate to dial "0" and speak with the operator if you are uncomfortable or unsure of any person that comes to your door.

Room Number: Your room number will be written on your key card holder and pointed out to you by our Guest Service Agents. This ensures that your room number stays private and confidential. Never announce your room number or invite strangers to your room.

Hotel Entrances: The North Entrance is keycard access only between 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM daily

Elevators: Keycard access is required for all guestroom floors
 


SMOKING & DAMAGES

All guest rooms and public areas are nonsmoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and cannabis products. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to charge a $250 fee for in-room smoking.
Lit candles are not permitted in guestrooms. Additional damages incurred to any guestroom are subject to administrative, cleaning, and damage fees as determined by the hotel.


SPA

Riverstone Spa is open daily and is located on the lobby level of the hotel. Riverstone Spa offers various treatments including manicures, pedicures, facials, body treatments, medi-spa treatments, and massage therapy.
